2.4 Lab resources
We will be using gort running Linux Linux version 2.6.8-11-amd64-k8-smp (Debian 3.4.3-13) on an Dual AMD
Opteron(tm) Processor 240 with 3 Gbytes
of RAM and SCSI and SATA hard drives.
The system is Internet connected. (gort.wcn.pima.edu, 144.90.49.11)
If you have access to a different UNIX based system you will
be able to do most of the labs on it. The system has sshinstalled
for secure shell connections. This is frequently don usong putty.
