Swedish Nut Cake


In a large bowl, mix by hand:

2eachEggs
2cupsFlour
1.5cupsSugar
1.5tspBaking soda
2/3cupsChopped pecans
1 20oz canCrushed pineapple with juice

Bake:
350°F
9x13 inch pan - greased and floured
35-40 minutes

Frost cake when warm.


Swedish Nut Cake Frosting

Mix with beater

8ozCream cheese, softened
1stickButter
2.5cupsPowdered sugar
or
3/41 pound box
2tspVanilla
2/3cupsChopped pecans
