Swedish Nut Cake

In a large bowl, mix by hand:

2 each Eggs

2 cups Flour

1.5 cups Sugar

1.5 tsp Baking soda

2/3 cups Chopped pecans

1 20oz can Crushed pineapple with juice

Bake:

350°F

9x13 inch pan - greased and floured

35-40 minutes

Frost cake when warm.

Swedish Nut Cake Frosting

Mix with beater

8 oz Cream cheese, softened

1 stick Butter

2.5 cups Powdered sugar

or

3/4 1 pound box

2 tsp Vanilla

2/3 cups Chopped pecans

2	each	Eggs
2	cups	Flour
1.5	cups	Sugar
1.5	tsp	Baking soda
2/3	cups	Chopped pecans
1	20oz can	Crushed pineapple with juice
